Maintaining a Record of Progress
Students enrolled in M.Ed., Ed.S, and doctoral programs must maintain a current Record of Progress Form, which should be started upon initial registration. Review the form each semester with your advisor to ensure you are meeting all program requirements.
Doctoral (Ed.D. & Ph.D.) students must submit their completed Record of Progress Form to the Office of Admissions and Student Affairs at the same time they are turning in their dissertation materials for graduation.
Master of Education and Education Specialist (M.Ed. & Ed.S.) Record of Progress forms are not submitted to the Office of Admissions, but are used for individual advising purposes.
